Semi-Private. On purpose.
The personal attention you want, at a more approachable price than private training. With no more than six people, your coach knows what you’re lifting, watches your form, and makes adjustments for you.

Semi-Private strength training designed for women.
Personalized attention. A progressive plan. Expert guidance on every lift, so you can focus on getting stronger and see your progress each week.
We naturally lose muscle and bone density as we age. Strength training can help slow that decline, supporting your health, independence, and ability to stay active over time.
Support your metabolism and mobility, and stay capable for life outside the studio.
Progressive resistance training helps maintain strong, resilient bones.
Build the strength and confidence to move through everyday life with ease.
Hike. Ski. Travel. Carry groceries. Play with your kids or grandkids. Live the life you love.
The personal attention you want, at a more approachable price than private training. With no more than six people, your coach knows what you’re lifting, watches your form, and makes adjustments for you.
Key movements repeat throughout each training cycle to build consistency, improve technique, and gradually increase the challenge.
Every movement can be adjusted for your experience, injuries, and goals, so you feel challenged, supported, and confident in every session.
Every 60-minute, full-body strength training session is built around the foundational ways your body moves.
Across the week, we train different combinations of these movement patterns to build balanced strength that carries beyond the studio into everyday life.
Prepare your joints and muscles for the work ahead.
Power work followed by the foundational strength movements that anchor the session.
Complementary strength work designed to build balanced, full-body strength.
Targeted work to build stability, resilience, and core strength.
Dedicated time to recover and close out your session.

Everyone trains from the same thoughtfully designed program, but not necessarily in exactly the same way.
Your coach can adjust the movement, weight, range of motion, or progression based on where you are. Have an old injury? New to strength training? Ready to lift heavier? We meet you there.
You train together. Your coaching is personal.
Getting stronger starts with a routine that fits your life. Start with one session a week and build from there, aiming for two to three strength sessions weekly. We’ll handle the plan, help you feel confident with each lift, and track your progress along the way.

Semi-Private Training is at the heart of Well&Studio. However, we understand there are times when your training needs something different. One-on-one coaching can be especially helpful when returning from an injury, training for a race or event, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or working toward a specific goal.
Sessions are $150/each.

Absolutely. Many clients come to Well&Studio to learn how to strength train. Your coach will teach proper technique, help you choose appropriate weights, and make adjustments so you can build strength and confidence.
Some clients prefer to start with one or two Personal Training sessions for more individualized instruction before joining Semi-Private Training.
Ready to train? Our Introductory 4 Pack gives you four sessions to experience our approach and get comfortable in the studio.

Everyone follows the same thoughtfully designed program, but your training is individualized. Your coach can adjust the movement, weight, range of motion, or progression based on your experience, injuries, and goals.
Tell us about any injuries, limitations, or guidance from your doctor or physical therapist before your first session. Your coach can adjust movements, weights, and range of motion for you. That’s part of the individualized attention semi-private sessions provide. If you’re still recovering, check with your care team before starting.
If you are new to strength training, once a week is a great place to start. As you build confidence, training two to three times per week gives you more opportunities to practice, progress, and get stronger.
The best schedule is one you can maintain consistently.
Ideally, yes. Each day has its own main lifts that repeat throughout the month. If you come on Mondays, you’ll practice the same key movements each Monday. Your coach will help you improve your form, build confidence, and gradually increase your weights as you get stronger.
But life happens. Travel, sick kids, and work can change your plans. Train on a different day when you need to. Consistency over time matters more than a perfect schedule.
Semi-private training offers the personal attention of private training at a more approachable price. With no more than six people, your coach has time to help you choose weights, guide your form, and make individual adjustments. You’re known, supported, and following a progressive plan.
For about the cost of one personal training session, you can attend two to three semi-private sessions with the energy and connection of training alongside others.
Come five minutes early to get acquainted with the space, or ten minutes early if you’d like to talk with your coach. We’ll walk you through the movements and help you choose starting weights. You don’t need to know how to lift before you arrive. That’s what we’re here for.
Absolutely. You don’t need to bring a friend or put together a group. You’ll get personal attention from your coach and meet others along the way. Friends are welcome, too. Catch up between sets. We’ve built the rest periods into the plan.

You don't need to know how to lift before you start. Come as you are. We'll meet you there, teach you what you need to know, and help you build from it.
